CrossFit® Kids

Our CrossFit® Kids program focuses on teaching the next generation how to move well and find a passion for fitness in a fun and encouraging environment.  The class is designed to improve their confidence, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and fitness.  Classes will vary each lesson and involve a mix of play based games, age appropriate strength exercises, simple gymnastics, running, rowing, skipping, bodyweight movements and more.  Suitable for primary school students aged 5+ the program runs during school terms from 3:30-4:15pm on Wednesday afternoons.
