Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on teaching the next generation how to move well and find a passion for fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. The class is designed to improve their confidence, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and fitness. Classes will vary each lesson and involve a mix of play based games, age appropriate strength exercises, simple gymnastics, running, rowing, skipping, bodyweight movements and more. Suitable for primary school students aged 6+ the program runs during school terms from 3:30-4:15pm. In Term 2 2022 we will be running this program on Wednesday afternoons. All classes are instructed by a qualified coach holding relevant Fitness industry qualifications, as well as a current Blue Card and First Aid/CPR qualifications. This term the primary coach for CrossFit Kids will be Coach Samantha Lindsay-German.
