Be prepared to get in and sweat in this 45 minute HIIT session! Our highly popular HJ45 class is a guaranteed cardio burn, with high intensity workouts comprising a number of varied movements. If you are not a fan of a barbell, or are keen to improve your cardio to complement your CrossFit training, this is the session for you!
Classes are based around high-intensity functional moments and incorporate gym equipment such as kettlebells, dumbbells, cardio equipment (assault bikes, rowers, ski ergs), as well as body weight and gymnastics movements, running, rope climbs, sit ups and box jumps to name a few! Barbells may feature to a lesser degree.
Workouts change daily, and are scalable to suit all abilities.
