Longevity is targeted at over 55’s, or any member wanting a lower impact but full body workout.  These 1 hour classes are run on Monday’s, Wednesday’s and Friday’s at 7:30am and incorporate weight bearing exercises designed to improve bone health, muscle strength, coordination and balance.  Don’t be fooled, this class works hard, and well and truly earn their coffee catch up afterwards!
