These classes will run in our new air-conditioned HJ Studio at the rear of our facility. High quality yoga mats and all equipment is provided. BYO towel and water bottle.
Initial class times for our HJ Scupt & Tone Pilates are:
Tuesday and Thursday mornings 6:30-7:30am
Thursday afternoon 5:30-6:30pm
Sunday morning 9:00-10:00am
We also offer yoga on Wednesday evenings from 6:30-7:30pm.
Our pilates and yoga classes are included in all membership types: Unlimited, 3 x per week, and 10 class passes. For pricing options please visit here.
