HJ60

HJ60 is our 60min class. HJ60 is high-intensity training at its finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to powerlifting and Olympic lifting. Every day brings something new so be prepared to get after it.

HJ45

HJ45 is a 45-minute class. HJ45 builds your base and gets you strong. Workouts will include strength work followed a high-intensity workout. If you are not a fan of a barbell this is the session for you. be prepared to get in and sweat.

HJ INTRO COURSE

HJ Intro course. A 4 session foundational course with one of our highly qualified coaches scheduled at your convenience. Each session is an hour long and involves skill development, goal setting and nutrition.

Our Samford small group training gives you access to personalised training in a team environment. It allows our coaches to focus on you and find out exactly what you’re looking to achieve and provide you with the strategies and action- steps to help reach those goals.

HJ YOGA

Yoga can support and improve flexibility, stress reduction, mental focus, reduce back pain, strength, mobility, balance, and concentration. Yoga is a great addition to aid in recovery in conjunction with our other programs.

HJ TEENS

Our HJ Teens program is designed to introduce and teach our next generation how to move, move well, and understand the importance of living a healthy and balance life. Our goal is to incorporate our Teens into our HJ60/HJ45 classes under the supervision of a highly qualified coach, gaining the benefits of learning to work in a team environment.

HJ KIDS

Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on teaching the next generation how to move and find a passion for fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. Based on the principles of Mechanics, Consistency and then intensity, CrossFit Kids emphasises good movement throughout childhood and adolescence. Consistently good mechanics translate to physical literacy, enhanced sports performance and fewer sports injuries for kids. Not only that, a vast body of research indicates that exercise is beneficial to cognitive function, which means consistent adherence to the program can have a positive impact on children’s academic achievement.

With the guidance of our Kids Coach CJ, we have created a fun and energetic environment for your children to learn how to move, move well and learn skills that will benefit them throughout their life.
