Starting April 21, we’re kicking off our 6-Week Reset Challenge — designed to help you refocus, reset your habits, and get back into a rhythm after Easter.
We’ll begin with your initial InBody scans between April 21–24, so you know exactly where you’re starting, followed by a practical group nutrition workshop (date to be confirmed). From there, the full 6-week challenge officially kicks off on April 27.
This isn’t about extremes or quick fixes. It’s about building habits you can actually stick to, with a clear plan and the right support around you.

CHALLENGE FAQ’S
No — new members are very welcome. In fact, jumping in at the start of our Challenge is the best way to begin as you’ll have access to all of the tools for success from Day 1!
Anyone can join! We scale movements by ability, and our programming is designed to meet you where you’re at. Whether you’re new or seasoned, this challenge will guide you forward.
We’ll conduct your scans onsite at the gym in the first week of the challenge (21st-24th April) and again at the end (9th-11th June). You’ll wear comfortable clothing and be standing. We’ll use the initial scan to assess your level of body fat, lean muscle mass and muscular development so you can understand how your diet, lifestyle and training regime are influencing your overall body composition. We’ll then re-scan at the end to see how you’ve progressed over the course of the 6 weeks.
No absolutely not! If you selected our Unlimited option your membership will expire at the conclusion of 6 weeks. There’s a variety of membership options you can choose should you wish to continue with us after the Challenge concludes. If you selected our 10 Pass option, you’ll have 3 months to use the sessions on your pass which are valid for every class across our timetable!
