We invite any prospective new adult or teen member to join us for an obligation free 1 week trial.  The trial gives you an ideal opportunity to come along and assess whether our training methodology, session programming, coaching staff, facilities, timetable and overall community feel, aligns with your own health, wellbeing and training goals.  Start your free 1 week trial by reserving a spot in your first class!  We’ll send you a waiver to participate, and we’ll need you to agree to our terms and conditions upfront, which will apply if you decide to sign up after your trial.  We’ll set up your 1 week access to our member app, Zen Planner.  From there, you’ll be able to reserve your spot in unlimited classes for the rest of the week.

Bring along a water bottle, towel and a positive attitude to jump in and get started! We’ll get you to complete an additional fitness questionnaire when you arrive for your first class, which runs through a number of pre-exercise screening questions regarding your medical history, as well as an opportunity for you to provide any further information about your goals, limitations, current physical activity and how we can assist you to get the most out of your trial.  We look forward to meeting you soon!
