Get ready to supercharge your fitness and well-being with our 8-Week Accountability Challenge, designed to keep you motivated, focused, and feeling your best just in time for the holiday season!
 
 Our 2024 challenge includes:
 
– 2 x DEXA Scans with Physique Science – track your body composition and see real results. Includes scanning at Physique Science (Stafford) and DEXA Scan Report, both at the beginning and end of challenge.
– Group Nutrition and Macro Overview – learn how to set up a personalised diet plan that works for you. Sunday 6th October @9am
– 30-minute Accountability & Wellness Session 1:1 with Sam Lindsay-German, plus weekly check-ins (text or in person) to keep you on track for the duration of the 8 weeks.
– Energise your weekend with our Saturday Gymnastics Skills Session – boost your strength, agility, and confidence with Coach Manu. Saturday 19th October from 10:30am-12:00pm.
– Unwind midweek with Wednesday Night Yoga– support mobility flexibility, mindfulness and relaxation. Running on a Wednesday evening 6:30-7:30pm for 8 weeks from Wednesday 9th October to Wednesday 27th November
– Join a supportive community with exclusive access to our private Challenge Facebook Group – stay connected, share wins, and get inspired.
– Put your progress to the test with entry into our HJ In-House Competition – challenge yourself and celebrate your growth! Save the date – Sunday 1st December.
– End it all on a high note at our festive Christmas Party – a well-deserved celebration of your achievements, including prizes across a number of categories – Saturday 7th December from 6pm.

 DEXA Body Composition Scan Bookings
Scans will be completed by Physique Science at 35 Babarra Street, Stafford. Available days at the beginning of the challenge are: Tuesday 1st October, Thursday 3rd October, Tuesday 8th October. Thursday 10th October.

You will receive an email confirmation from Hardware Junction and then a formal booking confirmation from Physique Science once confirmed by them. Please ensure that you follow all instructions in the Physique Science confirmation, including completion of their Online Consent Form, and also read the further instructions regarding their location and what to eat/drink on the day, details regarding exercise and hydration on the day, and what to wear. Please ignore Section 4 regarding fees and payment, as this is being handled in bulk by Hardware Junction at a discounted group rate.
 
Accountability Tracking for All HJ Members:
This year, every HJ member can also participate in the accountability portion of the challenge. Simply add your name to the board and track your class attendance over the 8-week period. We encourage you to mix it up by attending different classes. Plus, you’ll craft an accountability statement to display on the HJ Noticeboard, helping you and our coaches stay aligned with your goals.
