In what is our most successful CrossFit Open season yet, we had 40 HJ athletes participate in the CrossFit Open in 2024. Of those, we congratulate 19 of our athletes on making it through to the individual Quarterfinals for 2024:

Of these athletes, we then had 6 athletes officially register for and compete in the Quarterfinals competition, with results as follows:
Amanda Wernicke – 90th in Australia (women 40-44 years)
Daniel Greentree – 1305th in Australia (men)
Emily Manning – 146th in Australia (women)
Michael Greentree – 131st in Australia (men)
Natalie Sarri – 199th in Australia (women 40-44 years)
Samantha Lindsay-German 151st in Australia (women 45-49 years)
Additionally, we had Coach Jono Dunlop qualify an incredible 3rd in Oceania with his team from CrossFit EXF. They will now progress to Semifinals at the Torian Pro in May. We wish the team all the very best as they try to gain qualification for the big dance on the ultimate world stage, at The CrossFit Games in Fort Worth, Texas!
