Our CrossFit Kids program focuses on teaching the next generation how to move and find a passion for fitness in a fun and encouraging environment. The class is designed to improve their confidence, coordination, balance, agility, strength, and fitness. Classes will vary each lesson and involve a mix of play based games, age appropriate strength exercises, simple gymnastics, running, rowing, skipping, bodyweight movements and more. Come along for a free trial class on Wednesday 20th April 2022 at 3:30pm, with classes continuing every Wednesday afternoon in Term 2!
