Join certified boxing trainer Michelle Sutton for these high intensity boxing for fitness classes, and reap the benefits:

Classes operate Monday & Thursday at 6:30pm. Age 12+  Equipment is provided, however feel free to bring your own gloves, pads, wrist wraps etc. if you have your own kit. Come and try your first class for free!

10 Class Pass: $190
10 Class Pass (Student/Teen): $150
10 Class Pass (HJ members on fortnightly direct debit): $135
Casual Drop in Session: $20 per class. Students/teens $15 per class.
